Combat Fitness is a new program designed to work all areas of the body in a rigorous work out session while repeating good MMA functional movements/drills/small techniques. Whether you are a novice and not sure about getting involved in our martial art classes or a veteran fighter who is looking for some competition training, this class will enhance your core movements to make you faster, more affective and burn fat at the same time.
