1) 6 Week Transformation Program

Fitness and Training!
6 weeks of focused training at Sparks at designated time slots. Two slots will be created strictly for women only:
Nutrition:
A simple nutrition plan with goals. This will include taking weekly weight and body fat measurements as well as personal nutrition goals to be set. ​
Accountability:
Weekly accountability from our coaches and staff. Sales appointment to see if its a good fit: 15-30min at the gym. Orientation appointment: Go through nutrition goals, measurements and how to check in and use current Apps. Weekly training.Weekly check in appointments to include weight and body fat measurements.

2) Women’s only classes!
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 pm - Women’s ONLY KravMMA and Fitness
Friday 5:00 - 6:00 pm - Women’s ONLY JiuJitsu
