Women Self Defense Workshop (WSD1) - $85

Friday December 5th 2025 from 6pm - 8pm

This is practical high-level introduction to self-defense and empowering women to take action and defend themselves and get away. In a short 2-hour session we will cover the following:
•    The mindset of the attacker and how to change their perspective of you
•    The real effects of stress, adrenaline dump and what happens in the moment and how we will cater techniques to still work
•    Basic posturing and striking techniques
•    Defending a front choke, bear hug, and hair grab in the standing position
•    Defending the mount position from the ground (being choked or struck) and to get up and get away successfully
•    Finishing up with a practical stress drill​
