Krav Maga - Handgun and Long Gun Disarms (All Day - 2 Sessions)
This is a zero to hero course designed solely on Krav Maga weapon disarms, arguably the most effective and simple system to disarm an armed attacker within distance. Session 1 will focus on guns from front, side, back in different positions. Session two will be more advanced positions from Session 1 and move quickly to long gun disarms. No prerequisites necessary but we will move quickly and not spend a ton of time on good striking principles which should be accomplished to perfect these later or at the camps below.

10:00 am – 1:00 pm Session 1 - Basic Gun

3:00 pm – 6:00 pm Session 2 - Advanced Gun and Long Gun

Krav Level 1 Bootcamp
Official Krav Maga curriculum for the beginner focusing on all the basic strikes and defense with later emphasis on aggression and moving out of defense into offense. Each level has a standard set of self-defense moves starting from the worst position and Level 1 focuses on chokes around the throat from all angles, standing, or getting pushed as well as starting from a headlock. Krav Maga self-defense focuses more on striking the opponent back immediately to get the attention off of their attack and move to release, counter and finish with a flurry of counter attacks all buried into muscle memory. No prerequisites necessary but we will move quickly and drill all moves. Successful testing usually requires more time drilling these moves. However, everyone will be given a chance to perform and get written feedback.

Official Krav Maga curriculum for the Level 2 student focusing on all the Level 2 strikes and defense with later emphasis on aggression and moving out of defense into offense. Each level has a standard set of self-defense moves starting from the worst position and Level 2 focuses on chokes against walls, bear hugs and basic ground fighting. Krav Maga self-defense focuses more on striking the opponent back immediately to get the attention off of their attack and move to release, counter and finish with a flurry of counter attacks all buried into muscle memory. No prerequisites necessary but Level 1 is encouraged. We will move quickly and drill all moves. Successful testing usually requires more time drilling these moves. However, everyone will be given a chance to perform and get written feedback.
